Petitioner No.2, who is the brother of Petitioner No.1 is physically present in Court. He submits that he is the power of attorney holder of his brother. The Respondents are also physically present in Court today. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions submit that the Petitioners do not wish to pursue the present proceedings and they wish to hand over the vacant possession of the subject premises immediately to the Respondents. The statement of Petitioner No.2 is taken on record. The Petitioners are bound down by the statement made before this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that in view of the statement of the Petitioner, nothing further survives in the present Petition. 4.
