This is an application filed by the plaintiff under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking permission to withdraw the present suit in terms of family settlement dated 11.03.2025. 2.

Plaintiff nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 are present in person and plaintiff no. 6 is the power of attorney of plaintiff nos. 1 and 7; all plaintiffs are identified by their counsel.

Learned counsel for the defendant nos. 1, 3 to 10 and 14 confirms the submissions of the plaintiffs and states that defendant nos. 1, 3 to 10 and 14 will remain bound by the family settlement dated 11.03.2025. He states that in fact similarly the defendant nos. 1, 3 to 10 and 14 are withdrawing the CS(OS) No. 510/2022 filed by them, which is separately listed today. The parties to the settlement deed dated 11.03.2025 undertake that they will abide by the said settlement.
