The contentions of the partiers recorded in the order dated 04.11.2025, reads as under:- "1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, placing reliance upon the order dated 30.10.2023 passed by the learned National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), submits that the present petition has been filed for transfer and consolidation of the two suits i.e. CS No. 227/2023 entitled 'M/s Upfront Trading Pvt. Ltd. v. Smt. Leena Sharma' pending before the Court ADJ-03, East Distt., Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, and CS No.676/2022 entitled 'M/s Green Box Organics Pvt. Ltd. v. Leena Sharma' pending before ADJ-1, Distt. East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi with CS(OS) No. 210/2024 entitled 'M/s Sony Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Leena Sharma' pending before this Court. 2.

He further submits that since CS(OS) No.210/2024 entitled 'M/s Sony Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. v. Leena Sharma' instituted before this Court is for recovery of sum of Rs.12,06,69,000/-, the learned Trial Court has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain CS No. 227/2023 and CS No.676/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of the above, leaned counsel for the respondent appearing through video conferencing submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed, however, subject to permitting the respondent to being allowed to rely upon the order of the learned National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) as also raise all other objections as raised by him herein and also as available to the respondent in accordance with law, including that the aforesaid earlier suits have since become infructuous because the same was filed by the companies which has been merged with one entity being M/s. Sony Financial Limited Services Pvt. Ltd. as also that subsequent to the passing of the order dated 30.10.2023 passed by the learned NCLT and the petitioner herein has taken no steps for impleading it before the learned Trial Court in any of the aforesaid earlier suits. 3.

In view of the ascertains made in the petition as also the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is allowed and CS No. 227/2023 entitled 'M/s Upfront Trading Pvt. Ltd. v. Smt. Leena Sharma' pending before the Court ADJ-03, East Distt., Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, as also CS No.676/2022 entitled 'M/s Green Box Organics Pvt. Ltd. v. Leena Sharma' pending before ADJ-1, Distt. East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi are transferred to this Court and are consolidated with CS(OS) No. 210/2024 entitled 'M/s Sony Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Leena Sharma' pending before this Court, with a direction to commence the proceeding(s) thereof from the stage at which it was before the learned Trial Courts and it shall be open for the respondent to take all the objections including the ones noted at paragraph no.2 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Leena Sharma' to this Court.
