This petition has been filed for setting aside of order dated 01st February, 2017 passed by the ASJ, Dwarka Courts arising out of an FIR No.200/2008 under Sections 304/34 IPC PS Delhi Cantt. It is noted by the perusal of the impugned order that the respondents were discharged under Sections 304/34 IPC but were charged under Sections 323/34 IPC. The trial in respect of the offences charged under Sections 323/34 IPC is complete and the accused had been acquitted by order dated 18th March, 2024. The State has not challenged the said acquittal.

In these circumstances and the fact that the impugned order, which the Court has perused is detailed and well analysed, the Court does not find any infirmity or illegality or impropriety in the order. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
