Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, states that the matter has been settled and in view of the settlement, an amount of Rs.70,000/- deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 30.07.2024, be released back to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent/workman, who has joined the proceedings through VC states that he has no objection to the same. 3.

In view thereof, the Registry is directed to release the said amount to the petitioner as per rules.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.

The present petition along with pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
