% 13.12.2018 Ms. Kirti Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has objection to the same. However, as the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter, we permit the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. However,

the objection and grievance, if any, apprehended by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 can be worked out in an appropriate case or by amending the writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 9437/2015, in which respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are petitioners, which is pending before this Court in accordance with law. Accordingly, writ petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.
