3. The petitioners have approached this Court assailing the order dated 09.07.2024 to the extent that their names have been included in the list of those employees whose deputation in IB/BoI, is sought to be prematurely curtailed.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the respondents have now taken a decision to cancel the order prematurely repatriating the petitioners from SSB. A copy of the said order dated 01.08.2024 has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.

5. In the light of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied and therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition which is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
