% 22.02.2016 Mr Amrit Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr Rahul Mehra, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.), on advance notice, states that the representation for parole filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is pending determination before the competent authority, shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of five working days from today under intimation to the petitioner.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this court in the event he is aggrieved by the decision taken by the competent authority on his representation for parole.
