% 28.01.2025 Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that in terms of the direction passed by this Court vide order dated 09.09.2024, the admission of the petitioner has been regularized. He also undertakes that the petitioner shall be entitled to be imparted with education as an EWS student and shall receive RTE Act, 2009 entitlements as per law. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that she does not wish to pursue the matter further.

Accordingly, the instant petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
