A Criminal Revision Petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing/Setting Aside of Order dated 10.01.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, New Delhi in Maintenance Case No.116/2014 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition as it has become infructuous on account of the withdrawal of the Petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C from the Family Court. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present Revision Petition has become infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application(s).
