% 29.02.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submitted that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 23rd February, 2024 and the same is on record. Hence, nothing is left in the instant petition for further adjudication. It is also submitted that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement, categorically paragraph 11 of the settlement agreement. This Court has perused the settlement agreement dated 23rd February, 2024 and found nothing unlawful therein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the dispute in the instant petition does not survive anymore for further consideration. Accordingly, the parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the said settlement agreement.
