Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has superannuated and the only grievance surviving is that the retiral benefits be released. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the respondent no.1 on instructions fairly submits that the petitioner has to complete the formalities and in the eventuality of the formalities being completed, the due amount along with calculation shall be released to the petitioner within four weeks of the completion of the formalities.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of and the respondents shall convey the requirement to the petitioner within two weeks from today. The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the calculation of the retiral benefits and for redressal of other surviving grievance if any.
