After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the chargesheet has not yet been filed and the matter is still at an initial stage. He further prays that the Petitioner's rights and contentions be reserved to be urged at an appropriate stage, should the need arise. It is also submitted that, in the first instance, the Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer and furnish all necessary information to facilitate proper investigation.
