The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the alleged unauthorized construction at R-244, Gali No. 11, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi110092. However, the petitioner has failed to articulate in the instant writ petition as to how he is aggrieved by the said unauthorized constructions. documentation or evidence to substantiate this claim has been placed on record.

Consequently, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition at the instance of the petitioner and accordingly, the same is dismissed.

The Court, however, directs the respondent-Corporation to conduct an inspection to ascertain whether any unauthorized construction exists at the specified location. If such unauthorized construction is found, the matter should be addressed and resolved in accordance with the applicable regulations and procedure.
