By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 482/2023 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at P.S. Keshav Puram, Delhi.

A perusal of the court proceedings would show that on 22.03.2024, learned counsel for the applicant had sought an adjournment as he was awaiting instructions from the applicant. On the next date of hearing i.e., 02.05.2024, the applicant remained unrepresented on both the calls and adverse orders were deferred. Simultaneously, the Court Notice, without process fee, was also directed to be issued.

As per the office report, the notice could not be served as the applicant had sold the house. It appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the present application.

Consequently, the present application is dismissed in default for nonprosecution.
