By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks directions that trial in respect of FIR No.270/2010 registered under Sections 420/468/471 IPC at Police Station I.P. Estate be expedited. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered in the year 2010, whereafter the chargesheet came to be filed in the year 2021 and the charges were framed only in the year 2023. 3.
Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the case relates to fake driving licences and is now listed for prosecution evidence on 14.02.2024. He submits that the prosecution has cited some witnesses from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
