% 31.01.2020 In as much as it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of the proceedings of the FIR No. 493/2014 under Sections 186/ 353/ 332/ 308/ 427/ 147/ 148/ 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and that the charges have not yet been framed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition seeking liberty to make his submissions seeking discharge before the Trial Court.

The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

The learned Trial Court shall make an endeavour to complete the proceeding qua the aspect of framing of charge or otherwise within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. ANU MALHOTRA, J JANUARY 31, 2020/SV
