% 29.01.2025 I.A. 2380/2025 (Application seeking release of the title documents of the suit property).

This application has been filed by plaintiff for directing the Registry to de-seal the envelope containing original Title Documents and hand over the same to plaintiff.

Suit was disposed of on 23rd December 2024 by this Court, based on the Settlement Agreement dated 29th November 2024. 3.

In paragraph 13 of the said order, the Registry was directed to release the original title documents, including the chain of documents deposited by the Court Commissioner previously, pursuant to the order dated 09th November 2023.

Since the documents are under sealed cover, further directions are required for the Registry.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
