These applications are filed on behalf of the respondents for early hearing of the petitions. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties state that their disputes have been settled in mediation and they request that the petitions be taken up on Board and disposed of today.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the applications are allowed, and the petitions and all other pending applications are taken on Board.

Parties were referred to mediation by order dated 08.01.2024. The learned Mediator has filed a report dated 06.05.2024 stating that the parties have settled all their disputes and have desired, in the interest of confidentiality, that the settlement agreement be retained by the learned Mediator alone.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions. The petitions, alongwith all pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
