These petitions are preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the following reliefs: - ARB.P. 1145/2024 and connected matter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ARB.P. 1145/2024 "a. Appoint a Sole Arbitrator as this Hon'ble Court deems to settle, adjudicate and resolve the disputes and differences that have arisen between the Parties."

ARB.P. 1146/2024 "a. Appoint a Sole Arbitrator as this Hon'ble Court deems to settle, adjudicate and resolve the disputes and differences that have arisen between the Parties."

During the pendency of the petition, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 18.09.2024, where they have amicably settled all their disputes and a Conciliated Agreement has been executed on 07.03.2025, which is placed on record.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that present petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. 4.

In view of above, petitions are disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties incorporated in the Conciliated Agreement dated 07.03.2025, which shall form part of the order passed today and the terms incorporated therein shall bind the parties thereto.
