W.P.(C) 12234/2019 Pursuant to the order of this court dated 20.11.2019 the respondent will take appropriate decision on the application filed by the petitioner for the PHD Programme expeditiously in the next meeting of the Executive Council.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that if a decision is not taken on 25.3.2020 the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss. Accordingly, the respondent will ensure that the necessary decision is taken before 25.3.2020.
