The accused/applicants seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 409/2023 of Police Station Chhawla for offence under Section 306/420/506/34/120B IPC.
1.1 These bail application came up for the first hearing on 31.07.2024 and 08.08.2024 respectively before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, these applications also were transferred to this bench.
1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

Learned APP for State has played the video clip of the suicide note recorded by the deceased immediately before committing suicide. 3.
After watching the clip, learned counsel for accused/applicants, on instructions, seek permission to withdraw these anticipatory bail applications.

As requested, both these anticipatory bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
