The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail in FIR No.116/2024 dated 11.02.2024 registered at Police Station Tigri for offences under Section 397 IPC.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he would not press for the bail application for the present but seeks liberty to approach the competent court for grant of bail after the two witnesses, i.e., the complainant and the son of the complainant, are examined. 3.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.
