Cr.P.C seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail to Munni Devi(mother in law) and Rajini(sister in law) of the deceased Gudiya@Kamini. 2.

It is submitted that the deceased Gudiya@Kamini got married to Shri Nitin son/brother in law of the petitioners. Two children were born from their marriage, namely Nikita and Raghav. Since January, 2024, Gudiya@Kamini was residing along with her husband and children in the rented accommodation, separate from the petitioner. 3.

On 17.04.2024, at 1 PM, Gudiya@Kamini committed suicide by hanging herself. The complaint was made by the father of the deceased on 18.04.2024 on which the FIR got registered.

The husband and father in law of the deceased were arrested but the father in law was granted Regular Bail on 10.07.2024. 5.

The Bail is sought on the ground that the Applicants have been implicated falsely in this case.

The Status Report has been submitted on behalf of the State wherein it is submitted that in the Suicide Note, the deceased had named her mother in law and sister in law, along with her husband, father in law and other persons as the reason to commit suicide.

The investigations are still ongoing. The Applicants were directed to join the investigations on 05.08.2024. The IO, present today in the Court submits that no custodial interrogation or otherwise is required of the Applicants and they have not been called to the Police Station. 9.

Considering the totality of circumstances, it is directed that in the event of his arrest and the nature of the allegations against the Applicants, the Applicants shall be released forthwith, with the following conditions:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

a) The Applicants shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer.

b) The Applicants shall not contact, nor visit, nor offer any inducement, threat or promise to any of the prosecution witnesses or other persons acquainted with the facts of case. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence nor otherwise indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in the pending trial.

c) The applicants shall join the investigations as and when directed by the IO.

d) The applicants shall produce all the requisite information, documents in his power and possession, as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

e) The Applicants will intimate about his mobile number and his residential address to the Investigating Officer and in case of change of mobile number or residential address, the same will be intimated to the Investigating Officer.
