O R D E R

% 02.12.2019 Petitioner is seeking parole for three months to look after his wife who is pregnant and her delivery is due for 20th December, 2019. Petitioner is undergoing seven years' rigorous imprisonment in FIR No. 83/2011, under Sections 342/395/397/412/506 IPC, registered at Special Cell, Delhi and is said to have already undergone period of 61⁄2 years. Learned Additional Standing Counsel has placed on record status report dated 2nd December, 2019 submits that fact of petitioner's wife in family way and her expected date of delivery as well as residential details of petitioner, stand verified.

In view of the above, petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks from 10th December, 2019 on his executing W.P.(CRL) 3248/2019

personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to following conditions:

(i) The petitioner will not leave National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the Court;

(ii) He will furnish to the Investigating Officer his mobile number and residential address where he will stay during the period of parole; (iii) He will report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) /Investigating Officer (IO), on every Monday; (iv) In case of any change in his residential address or the mobile number, he will inform the SHO/IO.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid conditions, the petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
