Grievance of the petitioner is very limited. Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and it sought permission to lead additional evidence and such request was acceded to subject to the cost of Rs. 20,000/- to be deposited with DLSA. However, thereafter, petitioner thought of not leading any evidence and in the above said peculiar situation, he states that he should be relieved of making any deposit of cost with the concerned DLSA. 2.
