1. The present writ petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 03.01.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in O.A.

No.3070/2021. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has disposed of the original application (OA) filed by the respondents/applicants by directing the petitioners to decide the representations dated 07.06.2019 and 22.07.2020 filed by the respondents within a period of three months.

2. However, since the said order was premised on the Tribunal's directions that pre-2006 retirees should be granted the same pension as post-2006 retirees, the petitioners instead of deciding the said representations had approached this Court.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners concede that under the impugned orders, the petitioners have been directed only to decide the representations filed by the respondents in a time The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. bound manner. We, accordingly, find no reason to interfere with the impugned orders and direct the petitioners to decide the respondents' representations within eight weeks by taking into account the recent decision dated 20.03.2024 of this Court in passed in W.P.(C)6002/2016 titled All India S-30 Pensioners Association and Ors. v. Union of India and Ors.

4. The writ petition accordingly, along with all pending applications stands dismissed as not pressed.
