% 17.02.2016 Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the official respondents states that the FIR, which forms the subject matter of the present petition, shall be investigated under the direct supervision of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg and that eventually the report thereof shall be vetted by the Joint Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing. Directed accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
