The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for not complying with the directions contained in the order dated 19.12.2023 in WP(C) No.15812/2023, passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent appears through VC and his clerk is present in Court, who has handed over some photographs to the effect that 70% of the work has since been completed and remaining 30% of the work would be completed within 30 days from today.

On the such statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent at the Bar, the present contempt petition is disposed of with directions to the respondent to complete the work of construction of the public urinal as expeditiously as possible. 7.
