This appeal under Section 14A (2) of the SC & ST Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeks the following prayers:- "(1) To set aside the dismissal order dated 23.07.2024 passed on anticipatory bail of the appellant by the Ld. ASJ-02, Special Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi

(2) To pass necessary directions for the release of the appellant namely Mohommad Morris Ansari on bail in case FIR No. 283/2024, U/s 74/75/76/79/126(2)/3(5) of BNS & 3(1)(r)(s)(w)(i)(ii) of SC & ST Act in the event of his arrest by the police and in the interest of justice.

(3) To pass any other order in favor of the appellant and in the interest of justice."
