The present Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for challenging the summoning Order dated 19.07.2023 of the learned MM.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Judge with the Revision Petition against the impugned Order. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
