% 28.05.2024 Learned counsel for the parties submit that mediation has been successful; and Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2024 has been signed between the parties. The signed copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed-up in court.

The Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2024 is taken on record. 3.

The plaintiff is present in-person. So are defendants Nos.1 and 4. 4.

Learned counsel for the parties have identified their respective clients. Counsel submit that the present suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

A perusal of the Settlement Agreement shows that there are several actionable obligations on the part of various parties to the settlement. Counsel for the parties submit that the matter may be disposed-of, holding the parties bound by their respective obligations, which parties undertake to perform in due course.

The court has perused the agreement and it appears that the parties have settled their disputes through a lawful agreement. 8.

The terms of the settlement are accordingly taken on record. 9.

As prayed-for, the suit is decreed in the terms contained in the Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2024, which terms shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations under the Settlement Agreement.

10. The suit is decreed in the above terms.

11. The Registry is directed to draw-up a decree sheet within 06 weeks.

12. The suit is accordingly disposed-of.

13. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
