Mr. Manish Bishnoi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent on advance notice gives his consent for the extension of time. Noting the said submission and the contents of the petition period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of 8 months effective from August 3, 2019.
