The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking following prayers" "...a) Direct the respondent no.4 to 8 not to interfere in the peaceful married life of petitioners in any manner and not harass the petitioners and his family members in any manner by issuing a writ of Mandamus:

b. Direct the respondent no. 1 to 3 to extend full protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners ensure their safety and security by issuing a writ of Mandamus:.."

will be no interference with the life of the petitioners neither they will approach the petitioners.

In these circumstances, the present petition stands dismissed. However, in the meantime, the petitioners are directed to provide their mobile numbers to the Investigating Officer and SHO. Similarly, the mobile numbers of concerned IO, SHO and beat constable be also shared with the petitioners.

The officials of P.S. Nihal Vihar including SHO are directed to provide adequate protection to the petitioners from respondent no. 4 to 8, in case such circumstances arise.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that he is satisfied with the aforesaid arrangement.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.
