The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0309/2023 under Sections 406/420/34 IPC registered at PS Hauz Qazi.

The allegations and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner have been noted by this Court in its order dated 20.11.2023. 3.
Having regard to the nature of allegations and the submission made by the learned counsel, it was directed that no coercive action be taken against the present petitioner subject to his joining investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.

details of the car dealer, as well as, the name of the purchaser of the car to whom the said dealer has eventually sold the car. He submits that the dispute in the present case is, essentially, of civil nature and the transaction has been given criminal cloak only to arm-twist the present petitioner. 5.
On a query posed by the Court, the learned APP for the State on instructions from the IO, affirms the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation. He further submits that the IO concerned will call upon the petitioner to join and cooperate in the investigation as and when required. 6.
In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and a Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned. 7.
The petition stands disposed of.
