Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and has no objection to the modification of the order dated 20th November, 2019. 2.

The order dated 20th November, 2019 is modified to the extent that the Registry is directed to issue the summons to the two witnesses mentioned in paras 1 and 16 of the petition by dasti mode for appearance of the witnesses before the Arbitrator on 27th January, 2020 at 5:00 PM. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the process fee. The Registry is directed to issue summons by 27th January, 2020 and the same be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master to learned counsel for the petitioner.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
