% 17.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to open and allow access of their web portal to the petitioner college for submission of its online application for approval for the Academic Session 2016-17.

Learned counsel for respondents raises a preliminary objection to the maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground that petitioner had approached the Bombay High Court in 2014-15 and 2015-16 for seeking approvals, which were granted.

In view of aforesaid, this Court is of the opinion that present writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court. Accordingly, present writ petition and applications are dismissed. However, petitioner is given liberty to file a writ petition in an appropriate court. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
