This is an application seeking permission to withdraw CRL.M.C. 5865/2024, titled, "Prabhat Rathore @ Biru & Ors. vs. State of NCT, Delhi & Anr." with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, seeking quashing of FIR No. 159/2024 registered under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC at Police Station Shastri Park.

Mr. Shashank Dixit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since after filing of the present petition, the prosecution has filed the charge sheet and cognizance has since been taken on the same, and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition not only for the quashing of the FIR but also the charge sheet and further proceedings emanating therefrom.
