The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Railways to renew the licenses of all the minor units held by the petitioners at Bhatni Railway Station and quashing the order dated 16th June, 2017 in terms of which it was directed that the two catering stalls and seven trollies running in the name of the petitioners be closed with immediate effect.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioners had raised the same issue before the Allahabad High Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.25414/2018 which has been dismissed vide order dated 30th July, 2018.
