The plaintiff is present before the Court in person. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states on instructions from the plaintiff that she seeks to unconditionally withdraw the present suit. 3.

The plaintiff who is present in Court, has interacted with the Court and states that she has love and affection for her mother i.e., defendant no. 1 and in view of her relationship with her mother, she does not wish to press the present proceedings against her. She confirms that she has been completely informed and understands that by unconditionally withdrawing the suit, she will not be entitled to initiate fresh proceedings for the same claims. She affirms that this decision to withdraw the suit is being made consciously and of her own volition.
