The present Petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner to set aside the Order dated 29.07.2024 vide which the learned MM has declined to give the Police Clearance Certfiicate since the petitioner herein, who is the accused in FIR No.568/2022 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC, has not appeared has not been admitted to Bail. 2.
Learned APP for the State has objected on the ground that the petitioner despite having time, the petitioner has not appeared before the Trial Court.

It has been pointed out that if the PCC is not granted, the petitioner cannot travel on his interim Visa to India because it specifically provides that once he leaves New Zealand, he would not be able to enter the country The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
