% 10.03.2017 In pursuance to the last order, Ms. Poonam Mathur, Director (Housing), DDA is personally present. She states that mini draw has already been held on 08th March, 2017.

The Director (Housing) DDA assures and undertakes to this Court that a Demand-cum-Allotment letter shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of two weeks in accordance with the judgment and order dated 17th April, 2013 passed in W.P.(C) 4885/2011.

The statement and undertaking given by the Director (Housing) DDA, is accepted and she is held bound by the same.

In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.
