% 19.02.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to raise objections in terms of proviso to Section 25 of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 at appropriate stage, particularly in the event of attempt being made to enforce the order of eviction, if granted on the petition in question against the petitioners.
