Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 5 submits that the unauthorised construction has been booked as far as the front and back portion of the subject property is concerned.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 submits that in view of the status report of Respondent No. 5/MCD, he wishes to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending Application also stands closed. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open in this behalf.
