This is a reference by the learned MM for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for reneging from the undertaking given by him recorded in the settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi, on 15.02.2018 and 20.02.2018.

However, it appears that the complainant has not been appearing for the last so many dates, and therefore, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present remedy. 4.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
