Learned counsel for both parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and consequently it has been agreed between them that upon the appellant paying a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- to the respondents, the impugned order will no longer be enforceable. 2.
It has also been agreed between the parties that the aforesaid amount of Rs.5,50,000/- will be paid to the respondents in two instalments, the first instalment of Rs.2,00,000/- being payable on or before 30.11.2024 and the second instalment of Rs.3,50,000/- being payable on or before 31.01.2025. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal, which is accordingly disposed of, by directing that the parties will remain bound by their stand noted hereinabove. 4.
It is, however, made clear that in case the aforesaid amount is not paid within the time so agreed, it will be open for any of the parties to seek The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. revival of the appeal as per law.
