The present petition assails the orders i.e., Office Memorandum dated 10.05.2023 and 27.06.2023 issued by the respondent no.1. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties draw attention to the fact that vide Office Memorandum dated 22.12.2023, the aforesaid orders/Office Memorandum dated 10.05.2023 and 27.06.2023 have been withdrawn. 3.

As such, the grievance set out in the writ petition does not survive. This position is not controverted by learned for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed of.
