% 04.03.2025 1.

The present petition assails the order dated 16.11.2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge in PC No.615888/2016, titled as "Dharam Paul Soni & Anr. Vs. State & Ors", whereby the learned Trial Court allowed the objector Ms. Neena Kukar to participate in the proceedings in limited capacity.

Vide order dated 14.09.2022, the Trial Court had rejected the objections filed by the objector Ms. Neena Kukar. 3.

The Trial Court vide order dated 16.11.2022 directed that she shall not file pleadings, she shall not lead evidence but may cross-examine any witness on the point of law.

The court granted liberty to her to file application to the limited extent of legality of the will-in-question.

The learned counsel of objector/respondent no.10 Ms. Neena Kukar submits that objector does not want to cross-examine any of the witnesses already examined.

In view of such statement made by the learned counsel on behalf of the objector, the learned counsel of petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 7.

The statements made by the learned counsels are taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The date already fixed stands cancelled.

9.

However, the parties would still be at liberty to explore the possibility of settlement, if any.
