This application has been filed seeking disposal of the appeal on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties out of Court, for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to be paid by appellant to respondent no.1. 2.

A demand draft for the said amount has been handed over by appellant to respondent no.1, who is present in Court. Both parties are present in Court, as identified by their respective counsels. 3.

Demand draft no. 858372 drawn on Indian Bank has been received by respondent no.1.

In this view of the matter, application is allowed and disposed of, accordingly.

Statutory deposit be refunded to appellant.
