The appellant has assailed judgment and decree under Order XXXVII CPC for recovery of money.

Initially, the appellant did not enter appearance under Order XXXVII CPC, so the suit was decreed on 09.12.2020 and later, the appellant filed an application under Order XXXVII Rule 4 CPC before the trial court, claiming that service of summons on her mother in law (residing in the same premises) was not a valid service, which application was dismissed vide order dated 22.04.2024.
